Color litho

This one was destined for having color from the start, instead of using a litho pencil I drew this using a green prismacolor pencil. It was actually a pretty stable etch. The whole thing was done using only one stone.

COLORED PENCIL!!?!The grease content is enough to hold on a stone...hmmm and interesting. Seems like some possibilities with this.

Specifically it has to be Prismacolor, but it doesn't need any Nitric with it.

Hi there Viper

I just really love this litho print of yours. I like this image of a kind of "ghostie" with its tail like end - it has an expressionist/symbolist 'feel to it.
I did a bit of litho when I was at Wimbledon School of art in London but found it a bit too physically exacting for my wimpish carcass............I did make a couple though which were then shown at the Edinburgh Print Studio Gallery here in the UK. I must post the photos from that show to my blog sometime.....

keep at it and post some more artwork soon

bye dee bye
